Exchange and return policy

For any exchange or return, contact us by email hola@calista.com.mx , maximum 5 calendar days after receiving your package. After more time we will no longer be able to receive the returned merchandise, since we need to ensure that we will receive the return pieces in perfect condition. The cost of shipping back to Calista will be borne by the Customer, it must be sent with the original packaging material.
