    How do I check my order?

    When you complete your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email which contains an order number. This way you will know that it was done correctly.

    If you have any questions, want to change or cancel the order, you must contact us immediately at hola@calista.com.mx.

    Remember that it will NOT be possible to cancel or modify your order if it is already in the shipping process.

    How do I know what status my order is in?

    If you received your confirmation email, your order will be prepared within the next 2 to 3 business days.

    As soon as it is ready to ship, you will receive an additional email with the package's tracking number. Please note that it may take approximately 1 business day for the shipment to be tracked on the courier portal.

    Do you accept exchanges or returns?

    If we do it. We are very sorry if you are not satisfied with your purchase. For any exchange or return, please contact us by email hola@calista.com.mx , maximum 5 calendar days after receiving your package. After more time we will no longer be able to receive the returned merchandise, since we need to ensure that we will receive the return pieces in perfect condition. The cost of shipping back to Calista will be borne by the Customer, it must be sent with the original packaging material.

    How do refunds work?

    Once we receive the product in our warehouse, we will review it and notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you once the refund process has started, which will be done through the same payment method you used for your purchase.

    Credit card refunds may take up to 30 days depending on the policies of the card-issuing bank.

    What are the pieces made of?

    All our pieces are made of a brass base (copper and zinc alloy), ideal for making jewelry due to its good malleability. Subsequently, they undergo a 22K gold plating process, in which a thin sheet of gold is adhered to the piece through pressure, achieving a thicker and therefore more resistant layer.

    All the stones we use are semi-precious. Depending on the collection, we use stones such as quartz, seraphinite, onyx, turquoise, among others.

    How do I know what ring size I am?

    All of our rings are adjustable, so you can open and close them to fit your size. You can also adjust it as many times as you want if you prefer to use it on different fingers of your hand. In the specifications of each piece you will find an approximate range of sizes to which each one can be adjusted, which are equivalent to the most common sizes. If you still have any questions, you can always write to us and we will give you more details.

    What care should I take with my Calista pieces?

    All our pieces have excellent quality gold plating or plating, which means they should remain in optimal condition for at least a year. However, the duration may vary depending on several factors such as the pH of the skin, frequency of use and compliance with the recommended care.

    To maximize the life of the gold plating, we recommend the following:

    • Avoid contact of your piece with soap, perfumes, creams or chemicals that can be abrasive and damage the gold layer
    • Store your pieces individually, preferably in their original case
    • Do not expose them to sudden changes in temperature
    • Avoid bumps or scratches
    • If you need to remove any dirt that may accumulate with use, you can wash your pieces with a soft toothbrush and a solution of neutral soap and warm water.

    What happens if the gold coating wears off?

    Maintenance can be done to leave your piece like new. The gold coating (plating or sheet) that we give to Calista pieces is very thick and is designed to last a long time.

    However, if less than six months have passed since your purchase and you have a problem with your part, contact us to review your case.

    Likewise, if more time has passed and you want to recover the original color and shine, we can provide a maintenance service to any of your Calista pieces to make it look like new again. Contact us and we will quote it (varies depending on the type of part).

    The gold plating on any piece will always tend to wear off with use. That is why we recommend you follow the tips mentioned above.

    Is my information secure?

    One of our highest priorities is keeping our customers' information safe.

    Our page is created on the Shopify platform, which has the security of personal data as a priority, which is why it has the Level 1 certificate in accordance with PCI standards. In addition, it uses encryption that guarantees that banking data is well protected.
